Family register, marriage/divorce certificate	From £40 per page + VAT
Graduation certificate, degree certificate	From £55 per set + VAT
Licence (driving, teaching ,chef, medical doctor, etc.)	From £55 per set + VAT
Marriage/divorce certificate, birth/death certificate	From £60 per set + VAT
Transcript (base price)	From £75 per set + VAT
Other documents (bank statements, etc.)	Ask the coordinator about the price

• In case of emergency, we may ask for a premium fee.
• In case of cancellation, the client will be charged a full fee.
• You need a ‘certified translation’ (a translation with a translation certificate – usually required for submissions to places such as the Home Office, Companies House or universities) an additional £15 per certificate will apply to the above fee.
  *Please note that we are currently only able to provide our certified translation service for translations between Japanese and English.*

Delivery of Certificate Translation

• By email and/or post
  The translation will be delivered on the agreed date by email. If you prefer a delivery in hard copy, a printed copy will be posted to you.
  
  
• Translation Certificate, if necessary, will be posted to you.
  
  
• Courier in case of urgency
  The translation and the translation certificate will be, in principle, posted to you at the address on the booking confirmation form. We do not deliver them directly to the institution you are to submit the application. Courier delivery can be arranged, though, at your expense. And if you are really desperate, … well, call the coordinator to see if any other arrangement is possible.
  
  

Payment

• Cash in advance or by credit card
  As most of the clients that need certificate translation are non-corporate clients, we ask you to pay in cash or cheque in advance or by credit card.
  
  
• If you pay in cash or cheque in advance
  Bring the cash or send a cheque to our office. We will issue a receipt.
  
  
• If you pay by credit card
  We will ask you to give us your credit card account details when you place an order. Upon delivery of the service, the invoiced amount will be deducted from the account and the receipt will be sent to you by post.
